TOPIC SENTENCES:the food that I like is a malay food

                                             3. the food most I like is `ayam masak kurma` cooked by my mum

CONCLUSION: I will hope the malay food is still have forever because this food is a tradition food. The delicious of the food I will never forget until the end of time if cooked by my mother.

The food that most I like is a malay food. Malay food is have a different taste. That is very delicious. Besides that, we can get a malay restaurant with easy way. Im always be hungry when I know that my mother already prepare a `ayam masak kurma` for my family. Other than that, the ingridients is not too complicated. It just simple and easy to cooked it. I hope this kind of food is always still forever because this food is a tradition food. The taste is delicious and I will never forget until the end of time if a food cooked by my mother.

Futhermore, exercise also can make a less cholestrol and can make body fell more better. We can avoid diabetes if you make a exercise. The person easy to get a diabetes because they too lazy to doit some exercise to keep fit to our body. They think the medicine can avoid them to get a some disease, but it is wrong. The medicine can make our body weak. For conclusion, we must do some exercise. If can we should do a exercise for every day to keep our body fit evertime.
